The Florida Society of Environmental Analysts invites you to attend the Region 3 Field Sampling workshop presented by FSEA Field Sampling Committee members Silky and John Labie with ELCat, and Vance Reiman with JEA . This full day workshop is being offered on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in Tavares. This is an informative and interesting workshop on the FDEP Standard Operating Procedures for Field Activities. The instructors have many years of experience in sample collection, quality assurance oversight of field activities, and course instruction.

The workshop will go over the FDEP SOPs and then there will be hands-on training. Groundwater, Wastewater, Drinking Water and the Surface Water sampling will all be covered during the workshop. There is a section on instrument calibration so please bring your field instrumentation with you. In order to provide plenty of hands-on time for everyone, we can only accommodate a maximum of 30 attendees. Water or wastewater operators - 0.8 CEUs will be offered for this workshop.
