FSEA Spring Conference May 20-22, 2026

You are invited to attend the Florida Society of Environmental Analysts’ 2026 Spring Conference. The conference is scheduled for May 20-22 2026 at the Clearwater Beach Marriott on Sandkey located at 1201 Gulf Blvd., Clearwater Beach, FL 33767. This meeting promises to be both informative and beneficial to all field samplers, operators, engineers, analysts and managers in the environmental field. Come join us for an opportunity to network and exchange ideas and information. CEUs will be offered for operators and engineers.

Not able to attend in person? We will be offering recordings of our sessions after the conclusion of the conference. The recordings will be available as a separate event registration with a la carte options. PLEASE NOTE: we will not be offering recordings for the workshops, the Peer session or the Regulatory forum.

If you need accommodations, the FSEA room rate is $179 per night plus tax (all rooms in the hotel are suites). Hotel reservations must be made by April 27, 2026 to receive this reduced group rate.

After May 8th there is an additional registration fee of $25. To enter multiple attendees on one invoice - select GUEST registration after completing the main registration to include more than one person.

If your membership is not current, be sure to register using the non-member option. This will renew your membership until the end of this year.

You are welcome to join us for a Board of Directors’ meeting on Tuesday May 19th at 7 pm in the Siesta Key Room.

We will be hosting a FUNdraiser for our student scholarship program on Thursday night May 21st at 7:30pm. Join us for a fun night of BUNCO with a chance to win prizes. No experience necessary!

The Board of Directors would like to thank the Host and Program Committee members for putting together the 2026 Spring Conference program. The continued efforts of members Cathie Catasus, Tony Francis, Nick Evans, Vance Reiman and Robin Cook have made this conference possible.

Exhibitor Booth Registration - FSEA Spring Conference 2026 (20 May 2026)

Join us and exhibit at our 2026 Spring Conference!! Exhibit dates are May 20-21, 2026 at the beautiful Marriott Sandkey in Clearwater Beach.

This is for Exhibitor Booth Registration ONLY (if you need to add an extra rep after you have already signed up for your booth please use the other event registration link)

Registration closes on Friday April 24th or when we sell out our spaces.

Room rate is $179/night and is offered from May 18-23, 2026. For the hotel reservation link - click here. Reservation cut-off date is April 27th.

Basic registration includes a 6-foot table and chair, breakfast/lunch/breaks, conference attendance for one representative and a posting on our website (please note: a 10' display cannot be accommodated in this space). Platinum registration includes basic level plus recognition during the welcome session, company name displayed on a poster in the registration area and on the screen in the meeting room between sessions. A portion of the platinum registration fee goes towards supporting our Student Programs which include: the student mentor program/meeting attendance award, the Fredrick C. Bothe Scholarship for Environmental Studies and special awards at the State Science Fair. We also have different sponsorship opportunities available.
