FSEA 2027 Conference Exhibitor Package

We are making some changes to how our conferences are held to be able to reach more of our members. Instead of two larger conferences, we are moving to one large centrally located conference and two smaller regional mini-conferences.

Our 2027 Conference dates are:

• - February 3-4, 2027 Mini-conference at the Embassy Suites in Boca Raton
• - May 26-28, 2027 at the Marriott Sandkey in Clearwater Beach
• - September 15-16, 2027 Mini-conference at the Hotel Duval in Tallahassee

The conference format for the attendees will include two half-day workshops on the first day and several 45-minute technical presentations on the second day (ending at 3:00pm). The conference format for the exhibitors will include a day and a half of exhibition time - a full day on day one and ending at 1:30pm on day two. 

We are offering a discounted rate for any platinum exhibitors that would like to sign up in advance for all 3 shows. This allows you to plan ahead and know your schedule for the whole year in advance. 

Normal rates are as follows:

Feb. S. FL mini - $400 basic/$500 platinum

May Main - $700 basic/$800 platinum

Sept. N. Fl mini - $300 basic/$400 platinum

We are offering a limited time discount if you register for all three of the 2027 conferences by January 8, 2027. The cost is only $1500 for Platinum level.

We will also have Lunch and Learn opportunities available. This is an opportunity to present your product/ "sales pitch" to a captive audience. Lunch and Learn opportunities will be first come, first served for an additional fee. (you must be exhibiting at the show to participate in the Lunch and Learn oppportunity)
